    Called last week and asked for a plumber to come and fix a leaky tap. I received a phone call a couple of days later but as I was vacuuming - I never heard the phone ring. Called back 5 minutes later but the plumber had been sent to another job. Received a phone yesterday afternoon to say the plumber would be here this morning. Just received a phone call now to say plumber has been re-diverted to another job..... Really?????

    The guy on the phone didn't know whether or not plumber could get to my house today...... So I'm supposed to wait around all day in case the plumber might come???????????

    I have used this business on many occasions and the service has always been prompt and excellent! They are friendly, efficient, reliable and really know their job! Very reasonable rates too! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
